Varek Travertine Side Table with Dark Grey Elm Veneer Legs

Small in footprint but rich in material, the Varek is a travertine side table with a pared-back, almost architectural stance. A flat slab top rests squarely on its legs, giving the piece a calm, solid presence beside a sofa or bed.

The top is cut from silver-grey travertine with a matte finish that lets the natural pores and tonal variation of the stone show through. Its legs are wrapped in elm veneer in dark grey, a deep, quiet counterpoint to the pale stone.

Travertine remains one of the most sought-after materials in contemporary interiors, and its cool silver-grey tone here leans toward a fresh, modern take on warm minimalism.

How to Style It

Set the Varek beside a lounge chair, at the end of a sofa or as an alternative to a nightstand in a bedroom, pairing it with a ceramic table lamp. It is equally at home in hotel rooms, reception areas and clinic waiting rooms, and can be tailored in size, material and finish to suit your project and budget.
