White glove delivery
Every Cocolea furniture delivery is made by our white glove service. Our delivery team brings your piece into the room of your choice, unpacks it, assembles and positions it, and takes away all packaging and rubbish, so your new piece is ready to enjoy the moment we leave. Small pieces up to 5 kg, such as art prints and decor, are protectively packed and sent with tracking.
Delivery rates
Rates below are for metropolitan delivery in all Australian capital cities and include GST. Your delivery cost is calculated automatically at checkout on the combined shipping weight of your order (including packaging), so ordering several pieces together is the most economical way to deliver a room. Every product page shows the estimated shipping weight and delivery cost for that item.

Deliveries outside standard metro areas
Our rates cover metro delivery in all capital cities. If you are located in the Northern Territory, Western Australia or Hobart, some additional fees may be applicable, and the same applies to regional and remote locations. If this applies to you, we will contact you after your purchase to confirm any additional charges payable, and no extra cost is applied without your agreement.
Stairs and difficult access
Stairs, lifts, narrow entries, long carries from the truck, apartment loading docks or other difficult access conditions may also attract some extra charges; if so, we will contact you after your purchase. Please let us know about any access considerations when you order so we can plan the right team and equipment for your delivery.
International orders
International delivery, including to the UAE, is quoted individually. Please contact us at sales@cocolea.com.au or call 1800 855 665 with your address and the items you are interested in.
How do we quote on shipping (if applicable)?
Go to checkout and provide your address and contact details, then select the shipping option to request a quote. Within the next Australian business day, if you return to checkout with the same cart items, you will see an updated shipping price.
What is an oversized item?
Oversized items are items that cannot be delivered by standard parcel services due to size or weight, which includes most furniture, rugs and larger homewares. Oversized items require additional manpower, unpacking and set-up, which is why they are delivered by our white glove team rather than standard freight.
Custom furniture
Once your custom order has been placed in-store or online, please allow the lead time shown on the product page from the date of order to delivery. If you live in a regional or remote area, delivery may take longer.
If an order includes a custom furniture piece and another furniture or oversized item, the other item will be shipped together with the custom piece once it is ready, unless we agree otherwise with you.
Showroom pick-up
You are welcome to arrange collection from our Port Melbourne warehouse or showroom by appointment; please contact us before placing your order.
Peak periods
During the festive season orders may take slightly longer to deliver due to high order volumes. We will always endeavour to ship your items as soon as possible.
