Mirel Counter-Height Desk with Travertine Top and Brass Body

Part desk, part sculpture, the Mirel travertine desk is crowned by a circular stone top above a body that curves continuously around its drawers and shelf. Its counter height suits work on your feet or a perch on a tall stool.

The top is travertine in a matte silver grey. The painted metal body carries a brass metallic straight-grain finish, wrapping two drawers with dark grey elm veneer fronts and a matching mid-level shelf panel, while the drawer interiors are lined in smoky melamine.

The combination of travertine, brass and deep timber reflects the season's taste for mixed materials and softly curved, architectural forms.
