Our artisans make your pieces in premium materials, with progress photos and updates throughout.

Which design package is right for me?
Start with a complimentary Curate session if you are exploring ideas or furnishing a few rooms. Choose Foundation for a complete, build-ready design with renders, plans and a materials schedule. Choose Signature when you want us to manage the whole project, including trades, joinery, compliance and styling.
How does the custom furniture process work?
It begins with a consultation to discuss your vision, needs and specifications, including materials, finishes and sizes. We then refine the design with sketches or 3D renders, and you approve the final design before production begins.
What materials can I choose from?
A wide range of timbers, marble and natural stone, metals, fabrics and leathers. Your designer will guide you to the materials that best suit your design, use and lifestyle, and provide samples to compare.
How long does custom furniture take?
Production to delivery is typically 12–14 weeks from deposit and design approval. Timing depends on the complexity of the piece and material availability, and we confirm your timeline in your quote.
Can I make changes once my order is placed?
Revisions are included during the design stage. Once production begins, changes may be limited or incur additional costs, so we review every detail with you before work starts. Minor refinements to finishes are sometimes possible during production.
How do you guarantee quality?
Every piece is checked at key stages of production and inspected before delivery, and you receive a video of your finished piece before it ships. All Cocolea pieces carry a 2-year warranty and after-care support.
