Charcoal & Silver Paperweave Wallpaper

A hand-woven paperweave with a grid-like texture, where bright silver strands catch the light across a deep charcoal ground. From a distance it reads as a rich near-solid; up close it's all texture. Made for moody dining rooms and studies.

Roll Size

91 cm wide × 10 m long (approx. 9.1 m² per roll). Pre-trimmed for butt joins.

Use

Feature walls, bedrooms, dining rooms, living rooms, home offices, boutique retail and hospitality. Not suitable for wet areas, splashbacks or high-moisture rooms.

How Many Rolls Do I Need?

1. Measure the width of each wall and divide by 0.91 m to find the number of drops (round up).
2. Measure the wall height and add 10 cm for trimming top and bottom.
3. Divide the roll length (10 m) by your drop height to find full drops per roll (round down).
4. Divide drops needed by drops per roll and round up. We recommend one spare roll.

Example: a 3.6 m wide × 2.7 m high wall needs 4 drops of 2.8 m. A 10 m roll gives 3 drops, so you need 2 rolls. Natural grasscloth isn't suited to automatic calculators, so have your installer confirm drops and roll count before ordering, and order all rolls together so they come from the same dye lot.

Pattern Match

Natural grasscloth has no seamless pattern match. Each drop sits side by side as a panel, and this panelled look is part of its character.

Installation

Hang by an experienced grasscloth installer. Keep paste off the face of the fibres.

Cleaning Instructions

Dust lightly or use a very gentle vacuum with a soft brush. Keep away from moisture. Not washable.

Lead Time

Hand-made to order, approx. 2–4 weeks, confirmed at order.

Approx. 18 × 12 cm woven swatch of the actual fibre. We recommend ordering a sample before purchasing rolls.

Note

Every roll is hand-woven from natural fibres, so texture, tone and spacing vary between drops and dye lots. This variation is a natural feature, not a fault. As rolls are made to order, change-of-mind returns aren't available.
