The VB2 is a slim retrofit burner designed to bring an unused traditional fireplace back to life. It slips neatly into an existing hearth of almost any era, from a Victorian terrace to a mid-century home, converting it to clean-burning bioethanol without major building work.
Finished in a black ceramic coating over a Grade 304 stainless steel body, the VB2 sits discreetly within a dark firebox so that only the flame is on show. It holds 2 litres of fuel for six to eleven hours of flame, producing around 6.52 MJ/h (2 kW) – ideal for a living room or bedroom of roughly 15 m².
The VB2 is designed for indoor use and runs on e-NRG bioethanol with no smoke, soot or ash. Every EcoSmart burner is O-TL listed to UL 1370 in the USA, BSI certified to EN 16647 in Europe and the UK, and compliant with the ACCC bioethanol safety mandate here in Australia.
