Yuan Armchair — Where Chinese Elegance Meets European Minimalism by Wu Bin
The Yuan Armchair, designed by acclaimed Asian designer Wu Bin, is a sculptural celebration of cultural duality. Part of The One collection by Alexandra, this refined piece seamlessly blends the poetic curves of traditional Chinese artistry with the structured grace of modern European design.
Inspired by the concept of Qi-Yun — the expressive essence of Chinese calligraphy — the armchair captures a sense of movement, balance, and artistic presence. Its form is striking yet understated, with softly flowing lines and architectural simplicity that make it ideal for both contemplative interiors and refined social spaces.
Crafted in solid ash wood, the Yuan Armchair offers bespoke customisation options in a variety of finishes, fabrics, and leathers, allowing it to complement both contemporary and classic interiors with quiet sophistication.
Key Features: Designed by Wu Bin — part of The One collection by Alexandra. Inspired by Qi-Yun — the artistic rhythm of Chinese calligraphy. Crafted in solid ash wood with elegant, flowing lines. Fuses Eastern expressionism with Western architectural clarity. Suitable as an accent, lounge, or dining armchair. Customisable in a wide range of wood finishes, fabrics, and leathers.
Dimensions: Width: 65 cm. Depth: 93 cm. Height: 78 cm. Seat Height: 43 cm.
