Fervel Oval Brown Marble Dining Table with Brass & Elm Pedestals

Sweeping and sculptural, the Fervel is an oval marble dining table that brings gallery drama to the dining room. Its long top rests on two pedestals, each formed of two leaning shapes that meet at a narrow opening, creating a play of mass and void beneath the stone.

The top is maple brown marble in a leathered finish, warm and tactile. One leaning form in each pedestal is fibreglass in dual-tone brass paint, the other is clad in dark grey elm veneer, with a dual-tone brass baseboard and matte black metal connecting plates tying the composition together.

Mixed-material bases and warm brown stone capture the richer, more expressive direction of current interiors. The Fervel is one of the hero pieces of the new Maison Debrah collection, to Cocolea in Australia.

How to Style It

Surround the Fervel with upholstered dining chairs in cream, caramel or chocolate for a warm, layered dining room, with a linear alabaster pendant overhead. It is a natural centrepiece for restaurants, hotel private dining rooms and boardrooms. Size, marble selection and base finishes can be tailored to suit the project and budget.
