Regional, WA, NT, Hobart & access
Metro rates apply in all capital cities. If you are located in the NT, WA or Hobart, or in a regional area, some additional fees may be applicable. Stairs or difficult access conditions may also attract extra charges. If this applies to you, we will contact you after your purchase before any additional charge is payable. International orders are quoted on request. View delivery rates.
The Real Flame Etlis is an automatic bio-ethanol fireplace, a genuine real flame with no flue, chimney, ash or soot, run from an integrated control panel, remote or smartphone app.
Key benefits: The BEV® automatic burner burns ethanol vapour for a clean, smoke-free flame, while the automatic refilling pump delivers exactly the fuel needed with no overfilling or spills. Integrated safety sensors and three flame-height settings are built in, and the fireplace can be controlled from the panel, the remote or the iOS/Android app with smart diagnostics. No flueing is required.
Sizes and configurations: Choose the 890mm or 1290mm burner, then add the optional surround (base, top and two side walls) and/or the surround back wall to create a complete, ready-to-install unit for 1, 2, 3 or 4-sided installations.
Specifications: 890mm (REFETLF8) heats up to 65m² with 3.1–5.6kW output, a 4.5L tank and up to 9 hours burn time. 1290mm (REFETLF12) heats up to 110m² with 2.5–9.4kW output, a 7L tank and up to 14 hours burn time. Warranty is 2 years.
Dimensions: 890mm burner W 890 x D 280 x H approx. 273 mm; 1290mm burner W 1290 x D 280 x H approx. 273 mm. Single-sided surround W 1160 x H 750 x D 360 mm (890mm) or W 1560 x H 750 x D 360 mm (1290mm); double-sided, three-sided, four-sided, corner and room-divider surround sizes are available on request.
