Fleeting Love is an original oil painting on linen by Port Melbourne artist Catherine Hiller, measuring 183 x 202 cm and presented in a black oak shadow box frame. Painted in thick, sculptural layers of oil that lift off the canvas in three-dimensional texture, the work captures the movement and emotion of abstract expressionism with colour that feels both bold and softly balanced. As an original, it is a single, signed piece that will never be repeated.

Where it works
With its layered, expressive brushwork and a tailored pop of abstract colour, this piece anchors a living or dining room, adds warmth above a bed or console, and brings a calm, considered focal point to commercial spaces. It is a natural fit for hotels and hospitality fitouts, boutique offices, and medical, clinic and wellness interiors where art needs to feel uplifting and refined.
